Welcome to the official website of Northshore Ambulance, Inc. We’re glad you came to visit our site.

Joan S. and Joseph J. O’Neil of Salem Massachusetts founded Northshore Ambulance on February 23, 1983 with the support of many city of Salem officials. In October 2006, my wife Gretchen and I purchased the company from the O’Neil’s with the intent to keep the company progressive, service oriented and above all, responsive to the needs of the public. Born and raised on the North Shore, my experience in emergency services spans nine years working my way up from chair car driver to a paramedic and finally CEO of the company.

Northshore Ambulance proudly serves the Cities of Salem and Peabody and the Town of Marblehead as the contracted “911” ambulance provider. We also provide the entire North Shore area with ambulance service and wheelchair transportation.

Our mission is “Driven to Care, Commitment & Safety” and our goal is to provide the best possible patient care. Over the past twenty-four years our compassionate, healthcare professionals have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients on the North Shore.
